The success of Rainforest Adventure Center Expeditions can solely be attributed to our staff of passionate, dedicated and highly qualified individuals.  They are exceptionally motivated, intelligent and objective with a deep respect for the land, people and culture of Costa Rica.

The most important element of any adventure travel program is safety.  Our field staff have a minimum of 80 hours of medical training in a wilderness setting, are certified Wilderness First Responders, and receive additional training in remote travel risk assessment and management for our area of operation.  Most have an extensive background in experiential education and adventure travel, are bilingual certified naturalist guides, and carry medical and technical certifications beyond industry standards.
